**IT Tutor - Part Time**

We are working with one of the best-established prison education service providers in the UK, looking for an IT Tutor or IT Teacher who is committed to making a difference in people’s lives and motivated and passionate about passing on your skills, know-howand experiences.

**The position**:
This IT Tutor role is offered on a Permanent, part time basis, working 22.2 hours per week (Equivalent of 3.5 days) on an excellentannual salary between £23,000 and £29,000 [pro-rata 70%] depending on experience and qualifications.

You will be based 10 minutes south of Linchfield, working with adults aged 18 and above in an offender learning setting.

**We want to talk to you**:

- Have a good understanding of the Microsoft package. It would be desirable if you were also proficient in Software and Web development.
- Expereince as an IT Tutor, IT Teacher or ICT Tutor is desirable but not essential if you have Industry experience and a passion to get into teaching.
- Deliver innovative and exciting sessions in a challenging environment
- Look after the Virtual Campus supporting both staff and learners in its use. (Virtual Campus - secure web-based learning platform that has been created specifically for a prison environment.) Training will be provided.
- A teaching qualification is preferable but not essential and being prepared to work toward an Assessors qualification if not already held.
