Household Management Assistant Maternity Cover

The is a **_hybrid role_** based in modern offices based in Stevenage will involve overseeing the organisations domestic staff working across two properties. It is essential that this person has a full driving licence and their own car.

This is a very varied role and would suite somebody who set them selves very high standards, is extremely well organise and who has experience of supporting and managing others.

As _**Household Management Assistant**_you will ultimately be responsible:

- Overseeing and managing daily, monthly and annual work schedules for domestic staff
- Checking weekly staff time-sheets
- Maintaining and updates job descriptions and staff communications
- Completion of inventory checks for a number of properties and weekly property and ground checks
- Attending regular staff meeting and taking minutes
- General administration and diary updating
- Carrying out quality assurance checks
- Liaising with senior members of the household management team
- To be well presented
- To have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be a dog lover as this role involves being in contact with a couple of well behaved Labradors
- Full Driving Licence
- To be proactive and highly organised
- To be flexible and reliable
- To have a confident and professional phone manner
- An ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and to deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, based in Stevenage, you can expect to receive a salary between £23,000 - £26000 plus a benefits which include Life Assurance, Auto Pension Enrolment, an Annual Bonus Scheme and Private Medical Cover.
