**Senior CDM Consultant/Principal Designer - £50,000-£55,000 + Benefits - North West England**

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Senior CDM Consultant/Principal Designer include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver Principal Designer Duties as prescribed by the CDM Regulations 2015.
- Advise clients on the CDM compliance and health and safety challenges.
- Undertake H&S inspections of construction sites.
- Communicate with designers, project managers and clients on the proposed designs and principles of prevention.
- Review drawings.
- Review and propose updates to the current procedures to drive continuous improvement of the department.
- Support team members with challenging situations.
- Support the development of the department through networking and building new client relationships.
- Accessibility appraisals and audits (following training).

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Senior CDM Consultant/Principal Designer are:

- Any Accessibility and Sustainability experience would be desirable but for a willing individual, training will be provided.
- You will have ideally worked within the construction or rail sectors although this is not essential.
- Results driven achiever with endless enthusiasm and commitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
