We are currently recruiting for a Business Process Workstream Lead dedicated to our Supply Chain function to join us on a fixed term basis (likely culminating April 2026) to support Harrods’ ERP replacement programme. The Supply Chain Workstream Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, build, and test phases in relation to Supply Chain - ensuring the ERP system’s functionality aligns with business requirements whilst adhering to standardised processes.

**About the Role**

The Workstream Lead will have a blend of technical expertise, business knowledge, and leadership skills to navigate the complexities of the ERP implementation programme. This role requires confidence leading the design phase of the programme, aligning system configuration with business needs and working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. It is also imperative to drive an adherence to standard
- ensuring adoption of ERP best practices and standards in the assigned workstream.

**About You**

You’ll have significant transformation experience, comfortable leading and inspiring teams through periods of change and ambiguity. You’ll have sound knowledge of supply chain, ideally across both warehousing and distribution and eCommerce fulfilment, within a retail business. Experience with SAP (particularly S/4HANA) is highly advantageous.

You will also have:

- A strong understanding of business processes, their purpose, and how they integrate with wider business processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess current processes, identify gaps, and design solutions within the ERP framework.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills to address challenges and roadblocks during the design phase.
- The ability to ensure the workstream stays on schedule and within scope across the duration of the programme.
