**Job Purpose**:
Become an integral part of the team providing an accurate and reliable finance function for the business.

**Person Specification**:

- A positive, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude and a down to earth approachable manner
- Prior experience with sage 200 would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, taking pride in the finance team’s outcomes

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Processing of purchase invoices (stock & non stock)
- Processing expenses claims
- Processing credit card transactions
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparation of payment runs
- Processing sales invoices
- Assisting staff and external clients with invoicing queries
- Answering finance phone line

**Hours of work**:
Depending on the individual the role is 30-32 hours spread over 4 or 5 days

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 32 per week
