**Overview of the role**:

- Responsible for sourcing, developing and delivering a commercially focused and well balance product range alongside the Merchandiser
- Aiming to develop ranges to maximize sales and profit aligned to brand market position/ value.
- Continually exceed customer expectations through delivering a consistent, commercial, well balanced range
- Working as part of a team with merchandising, design & QA. Achieving goals in a timely manner
- Building effective working relationships across the business and developing team members to reach their maximum potential.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills are essential
- Creative mind with attention to detail
- Relevant experience in a similar role either as a Buyer or Senior Buyer
