A boutique practice of Chartered Surveyors in central London are looking to grow their highly regarded Business Rates team by recruiting a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join the team. The role will involve property inspections, rating valuations, business rates mitigation and client management and reporting.

This team currently holds an extensive portfolio of clients over a wide range of business sectors (including roadside, High Street retail, heavy industrial, leisure, etc.), meaning all rating work is varied and keeps things interesting. This practice's blend of personal service & technical expertise guarantees continual repeat business and they operate on a national scale.

This role is ideal for an individual who is an enthusiastic team player and capable of working in a multi-faceted role in a busy professional environment. Ideally, you will be RICS/IRRV accredited and have experience in Business Rates, but the practice is open to hearing from anybody with a strong passion to specialise in ratings.
