An influential brand looking to disrupt the cosmetic industry through creative innovation, this business is not your average Joe. They're looking for a Copywriter to shake up their brand tone of voice ensuring they are maximising on capturing and engagingtheir target audience.

This role offers a Copywriter the ability to be work closely with senior stakeholders developing cohesion between the different brands under the group creating a unified tone of voice. Growth is at the forefront of business objectives.

**The Role**:

- Work in conjunction with the Head of Creative and Head of Digital to develop a cohesive tone of voice
- Develop copy for campaigns across multichannel
- Write engaging and innovative copy for all social channels engaging the audience
- Develop and lead a team of copywriters

**About you**:

- A strong Copywriting background with experience writing for global brands
- Have the ability to turn your hand to both long and short form copy
- Experience managing a team of Copywriters is a bonus
- Experience writing copy for beauty or cosmetics brands

**Location -**Leeds based with the opportunity for hybrid working
