Reporting to the Head of PMO, this is Junior Business Analyst/Business Analyst role plays a key role within the Project Management Office. You will be working as part of the team to support and enable the effective delivery of major firm-wide change programmes.The Junior Business Analyst will develop a deep and effective knowledge of the firm, its work, processes and technology. The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in analysing and redesigning processes and suggesting improvements to raise operationalefficiency and quality.

The Junior Business Analyst/Business Analyst role will require:

- Understanding and communicating complex and abstract concepts effectively to a broad range of target audiences, including business, data, and software development stakeholders
- Optimising and cataloguing documents and artefacts related to BAU operational processes
- Capturing and defining stakeholder needs, breaking down fuzzy requirements into actionable segments
- Establishing a thorough understanding of the business operations to enable decisions on how best to improve and streamline our business processes

To be considered for the Junior Business Analyst/Business Analyst role you will need;
- Have strong business analysis skills, with experience of BPMN, UML, DFDs
- Focus and diligence on documentation and workflows
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure a good working relationship with stakeholders
- Analyse current operational processes
- Gather business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
- Design and document future processes
- Identify and highlight potential risks
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand and resolve business problems and improve efficiency and quality
- Produce insights from data analysis
- Report upon key performance indicators
- Advise, and gain agreement from, stakeholders on recommendations and changes to be made
- Act as liaison between the lawyers, business services and project teams
- Project team experience, particularly being comfortable delivering in a fast-paced Agile environment
