**FROM £14 PER HOUR + UNCAPPED COMMISSION**

The Drang Gallery is an established and fast-growing Modern and Contemporary art gallery with 5 beautiful locations across the Southwest. We are a family run, independent business, working with the very best artists in the contemporary and investment art market. This is a rare opportunity to join an exciting and quickly expanding business.
We are looking for someone to join our well-established and highly regarded gallery group, bringing passion, energy and creativity to our friendly team.
**About you**:
You will be able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
You will be able to combine strong sales skills and exceptional customer service within a commercial gallery setting.
You will be reliable, hardworking and motivated by commissionable sales.
You will have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for contemporary art and the commercial art market.
You will be comfortable building long-lasting client relationships and confident selling both online and face-to-face to high net worth individuals.
An exceptional eye for detail is essential; you will be creatively involved in curating and maintaining the presentation of the gallery, both online and in the physical space.
You will have strong computer literacy skills and be competent in assisting the business with a wide variety of online tasks.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to perform all sales and gallery admin efficiently.
**An uncapped and generous commission is available on meeting achievable monthly sales targets, payable in addition to hourly wage**
