HR Systems Analyst

**HR Systems Analyst - 12 FTC**
**Wimbledon**
**£55K per annum**

My client is seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join their team, covering a Maternity Cover. Reporting to the HR Systems Lead you will be responsible for delivering projects, testing and managing integrations. You will:

- Support the roll out of Learning module, delivering more functionalities on Talent module and setting up purging on Workday
- Manage the production and sandbox environments, establishing a well-controlled systems environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
- Support Workday Administrative functions including integrations, tenant configuration, reports, and upgrades
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to analyse business requirements and provide and support efficient solutions
- Work closely with functional areas (HR, Payroll, IT and Finance) and other stakeholders to test and implement efficient solutions
- Assist in developing the change control process vision
- Develop and regularly perform system change audits and validation and follow up with appropriate teams for correction
- Maintain system related requirements and technical documentation
- Monitor and assist with impact analysis with up/down stream systems
- Identify, recommend and track opportunities for process and operational improvements
- Be responsible for supporting the business with the setup, change and removal of new locations, new entities, new pay groups and custom objects
- Support the HR Systems Lead with tenant management within Workday
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Manage the Change & Release Management Approach
- Participate in the Workday release cycle including (but not limited to) the following activities:

- Update functional process guides, training materials and user guides for end users
- Support the change programme to ensure successful uptake of Workday by all users - facilitating solution design workshops where necessary
- Provide support with reporting and EIB uploads (mass data uploads).
- Escalate to Functional Specialist for process or configuration issues raised by end users
- Support the configuration and development of Workday to ensure simplicity and value for end users
- Monitor and respond to support queries being raised, resolve where possible and/or liaise with 3rd party support agent or other internal functions
- Have experience within Application process
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have experience in Workday HCM configuration, report building, Dashboard creation, testing and support
- Have exposure to Absence Management, Compensation, HCM, Security, Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning
- Have background in business analysis, requirements gathering and supporting solution design
- Have strong communication skills

This is a hybrid role, 2 days working in the office.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
