Production Team Leader

We are looking for motivated team players to join our Production Team in Haverhill.

Hours of work are 8 hour shifts consisting of the following:

- **Sunday to Thursday, 11pm to 7am**

**Primary Objective**:
To ensure that all packing processes are adhered to in line with relevant Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring that cGMP is followed at all times.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- To encourage and develop production operatives.
- To ensure that cGMP and relevant standard OP are observed at all times.
- To assist with training.
- To ensure required production outputs are achieved.
- To ensure all quality requirements are being maintained.
- To be competent in completion of a BPR.
- To be competent in setting up all production lines.
- To be able to produce and verify QA Samples.
- To ensure all operators are following instructions as per the BPR.
- Liaise with Quality Department.
- Liaise with Engineering.
- Liaise with Customer Services.
- To help maintain discipline within the production team.
- To be able to operate all machinery on production.
- To produce computerised shipper and pallet labels for production if applicable.
- To deputise for the Production Supervisor in their absence.
- To advise the Cell Leader of any potential development within your team.
- Take responsibility for your team in the case of a fire.
- You may be required to train others as part of your role

**Skills**:

- Proven experience of motivating, influencing and developing teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Extensive knowledge of the production environment
- Excellent knowledge of all CP machines
- Knowledge and understand of production documentation
- Understanding of how to reconcile paper work

**Competencies**:

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills
- Driven to deliver and meet deadlines
- Ability to use initiative and problem solve
- Excellent attention to detail
