**Location**: Virginia Water, Surrey

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Company provide individual residences of the highest quality to discerning private clients. They work with the customer from inception to completion providing a complete design and construction service comprising planning, design, implementation, andfurnishing.

The Company are seeking Finishing Foreman to work on a prime residential fit-out project located in Virginia Water.

**The Role**

The vast majority of the works are packaged, and the project is to be executed to a challenging timeline. You will be working under the Senior Site Manager who will oversee the construction programme and all site-based activities.

It is envisaged that there will be a Finishing Foreman attributed to each floor of the project, due to the scale of the project.
- have worked as a Finishing foreman for a minimum of two years.
- have experience of Prime Residential
- have an enthusiastic attitude and be a good communicator, adept at integrating into a broader management structure
- be well organised and have the ability to multitask
- have a good knowledge of a range of subcontractor installs such as bespoke stone & cabinetry
- be capable of working to strict deadlines
- be ideally from a Carpentry/ Joinery background
- be IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Skills**
- Check and understand drawings and specifications
- Audit works to establish errors/ discrepancies in information and advancing works
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specification and good building practise
- Ensure compliance with company’s quality procedures
- Attend regular meetings with Senior management to report on progress and highlight issues
- Liaising with subcontractors
- Site inductions
- Safety inspections
- Supervising any contracted staff
- Maintain excellent standards of site cleanliness
- Be fully conversant with protective measures and sequential isolation of works
- Utilise auditing software to produce snagging lists for submission to subcontractors
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid certification
