Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Housing Association to recruit a Tiler for a permanent role - undertaking works across the South-West London areas.

**The Role**:
This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

**Duties**:

- Complete retiling of bathrooms and kitchens
- Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
- Patch Painting Repairs
- Patch Plastering Repairs
- Minor Carpentry and Plumbing repairs
- Snagging Works
- Logging works via PDA
- Liaising with customers, clients, and staff
