£28,523.89

42 hour week

**Job objectives and responsibilities**
***To ensure all Complex case requests are pre planned, actioned and managed.**
**To ensure pre-planning elements are clear, resourced and achievable.**
**Plans logistics for jobs requested by customer - for imminent operation**
**Allocating of the necessary resources to each job and working with relevant persons to ensure the job is carried out in a diligent manner**:
***Main duties**
**Taking orders from the Operational system, the Planner works with other teams the business to ensure that appropriate resources are tasked to each job to ensure completion**
**High risk jobs are risk assessed by the Planner and a decision made on the appropiate resource required for each particular job**
**Ensures that all necessary tool and resource are in place for each area**
**Controls and supervises incidents with the Controllers**
**Liaises with relevant parties on any updates, issues, delays caused by 3rd party locations impacting on targets/KPI's**
**Working closely with the Controller team to ensure safe and clear handovers of responsibility from planning to live work Clearly communicate with all internal departments as required**
**Commercial understanding of the contracted revenue streams and service credit structure and use this understanding to inform business decisions**
**Ensure accurate records are maintained using the IT solution and other systems available.**
**Good time management and robust negotiating capabilities**
**Produce and distribute, as required, documents and information in a timely manner consistent with company standards of efficiency and accuracy**
**Support the wider OCC team, undertaking duties as required, to assist in the smooth running of the office.**:
