**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Sales Co-Ordinator -**

This is an opportunity to join ang grow with a successful, expanding family run business in their sales department.

**PRIMARY PURPOSE**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**:
2. To liaise with Customers to obtain orders within defined gross margin limits.

3. To set up and maintain accurate Customer records for new and existing Customers.

4. To assist with marketing, website and data input when required.

5. To accurately enter Customer order requirements on to the Sales Order Processing system.

6. To project a good company image to the Customer at all times with politeness and efficiency.

7. To assist with Customer visits to Servo and any reciprocal arrangements.

8. To develop customer relationships.

9. To undertake any other reasonable task as may be requested by Management.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
MS Office experience and the ability to learn new in house systems

An enthusiastic and positive attitude for customer interaction in a busy sales office

A strong attention to detail and an ability to sustain a high degree of accuracy is vital.

Able to take pricing decisions within Company guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
