The Three Fishes, Mitton are looking for a passionate and driven floor supervisor to join our growing team, to work up to a 50-hour week.

If you’re passionate about sustainability, good food and good people, we want to hear from you.
- Has more than 2 years in a head or supervisor role in hospitality
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has an understanding of cash handling and till operation
- Must be self-motivated and a strong motivator for front-of-house members
- Has experience assisting in the training and development of new team members
- Possesses a strong attention to detail for delivering high class service and running multiple sections
- Inspect table layouts in the Restaurant ensuring that they meet the standards set
- Check all flower displays are fresh and replace or remove were necessary
- Ensure Dietary and Allergens are correctly noted
- Ensure that the stock levels of items for the Restaurant are recorded and notify Restaurant Manager when ordering is required
- Has experience in ensuring quality controls are maintained

Experience in hospitality to a senior level and customer service is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
