**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Providing administration assistance in the operational management of a large complex client portfolio or multiple smaller portfolios under guidance from a senior colleague.
- Processing electronic mail sources to update a property database.
- Maintaining GL Hearn’s property database with transaction and factual data.
- Requesting tenure / lease details and / or trading information for properties and ensuring records are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
- Input of data received from client schedules, generally in excel or hard copy.
- Scanning and logging mail.
- Providing support to case valuers and surveyors.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Proficiency in the use of desktop software and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- Good organisation skills with the ability to manage time, work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- A keen eye for detail and problem solving.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good numeracy skills.
- An understanding of business rate legislation would be advantageous.
