- Training to grow within the sector. We specialise in mortgages for Expats, Overseas residents, Buy-to-lets, offplan purchase, portfolio landlords, bridging as well as residential mortgages.
- Uncapped commission paid monthly with an additional bonus if your cases are compliant
- £30,000 per year basic salary
- 21 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + extra days off over Christmas period + Birthday Day off

**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform all mortgage adviser duties to a high level of accuracy, maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, becoming a key part of our clients' property ownership journeys.
- Work with the business compliance function to ensure excellent standards are upheld.

**Who you are**:

- You will be CeMap qualified and have a proven track record of giving mortgage advice.
- You are organised, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Buy to let experience preferred but not essential,
