**Document Clerk**

About the Role

At an exciting time to join Score’s Engineering team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Documentation Clerk to work in our expanding team. The role will consist of general Documentation Clerk duties on a daily basis to help support compiling Engineering and Quality documentation for first article inspection reports. They will also provide support of registering and issuing technical documentation, as well as providing administrative support to the Engineers.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
- Support the Quality Technician with compilation of documentation including Manufacture and Test Job Cards, Materials Certification, generation of bubble diagrams and associated results of manufacture inspection data, flow test results in accordance with Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility limits
- Support the creation of drawing inspection criteria and feature identification on manufacturing drawings using Ideagen (previously InspectionXpert)
- Provide general documentation / administrative assistant to Product Support Engineers
- Support issuing technical documents to relevant departments as requested by Engineers or the Production Team
- Review of production traceability documentation to verify First Article Inspection requirements
- Support the registering of technical query documentation and drive the close out of the completed documentation packs
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

**Qualifications**
- Modern apprenticeship or;
- NC or HNC Qualification in Administration

**Experience**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages in essential
- Previous experience in filing and processing documentation.
- Understanding of revision control
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience in a similar or technical assistant role advantageous but not essential
