Large housing provider in the Nottinghamshire area are looking for an M&E surveyor to join their property services team for an initial period of 6 months.
**Purpose of the role**:
Mechanical and Electrical Services Technician to ensure quality delivery of mechanical and electrical works, on time and on budget. This is ideally suited to individuals looking to move away from hands-on delivery and enter into a position overseeing the delivery of others, with scope to develop management skills, whilst utilising the knowledge and expertise gained.
Initially 6 months

Rates negotiable depending on experience
