**Drama Specialist**
We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Drama Specialist to work with the students in an OFSTED rated 'GOOD' school in the Wirral. As a Drama Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Drama curriculum and fostering a vibrant culture within the school community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Hand out work to the students and make sure that they stay on task and focused.
- Answer any questions they may have to your best ability.
- Nurture students musical and theatrical abilities through hands-on instruction, rehearsals, and performance opportunities.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in Drama and incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies into lessons.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to explore their musical talents.
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Drama, Performance, or a related field.
- Previous experience of leading productions with children of varying ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom.
