With a commitment to excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Carpenter to join us in delivering exceptional services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of carpentry tasks, including but not limited to installation, repairs, and maintenance of doors, windows, kitchen units, and flooring.
- Work on both planned and reactive maintenance projects in council properties.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to deliver comprehensive repairs and maintenance services.
- Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any additional information required for reporting purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Carpenter, with a strong focus on repairs and maintenance.
- Proficient in carpentry techniques, including the installation and repair of doors, windows, kitchen units, and flooring.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coordinating with other trades to achieve project goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to carpentry work.
- Valid driving license.

**Van and fuel card included**

- Friday 40 hours paid, happy to do overtime.
