Joinery Estimator

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for the accurate estimation of costs and the preparation of tenders for submission to potential clients across all sectors of our business including Theming & Marine. At Deluxe, no two days are the same.

**Job Overview**
- Responsible for the accurate estimation of costs and the preparation of tender submissions of multiple tender bids simultaneously.
- Identifying & analysing material and labour quotations whilst developing strong working partnerships.
- Assist with the post tender and pre-contract requirements to provide cost consideration including evaluation of the contract.
- Mentor Junior Estimators to enable their development & continued success.
- In collaboration with QS, attend site to allow for accurate measurements, calculations, and record of information.
- Ensure that the completed tender documents are submitted on time and in full.

**Essential Criteria**:

- A minimum of 3 years previous estimation experience and a history of successful tendering within a similar industry.
- You must have a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
- You must be a self-starter and willing to work on your own initiative.
- Have a proactive approach and ability to overcome challenges.
- Proven ability to work within a busy team and work to strict deadlines.
- Willing to undertake global travel as and when required.

**Desirable Criteria**
- 3rd level qualification or equivalent qualification.
