**Who will I be working for?**

**What will I be doing?**

You will be a key support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Head of Clinical Operations, and other clinical operations and translational team members.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Providing diary management for the CMO and Head of Clinical Operations, as well as assisting with meeting scheduling for the extended team where needed.
- Act as interface with CRO’s and clinical investigators to co-ordinate meetings and communications as required.
- Liaising with employees, partners and contractors/collaborators.
- Work with the Travel and Events Co-ordinator to ensure national and international travel is arranged and coordinated, including flights, trains, taxi, accommodation, conference and/or restaurant bookings etc for the clinical and extended team.
- Ensure expenses (multi-currency) are processed in line with company policy and procedure.
- Maintaining databases and data management systems in line with company policies.
- Work with the EA to CEO on operational tasks for the team.
- Inbox management of GWT enquiries inbox.
- Demonstrate leadership through compliance and promotion of all company policies, including adhering to company data security policy.
- Complete all appropriate GXP/SOP training and adhere to all role specific SOP requirements.

- Able to multi-task/work across multiple external companies.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A calm and professional manner.
- Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
- Comfortable with continuous change with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- A self-starter, ability to use own initiative, be curious and to work unsupervised as required.
- Enjoys working as part of a team to achieve a common goal with a can-do attitude but also an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial and a start-up spirit and willingness to be agile and get involved in everything across the business.
- Desire to be challenged and undertake projects/tasks that might be outside of day-to-day remit.
- Live and promote the company values.
- Proficient with various electronic diary management, expense and other IT systems (Gmail, Xero, Trello, Docusign).

**What else do I need to know?**

This is a permanent, full-time position. My client is happy to support a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days based within their Milton Park office. My client also offer excellent benefits.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
