There's an opportunity for a new Lead Creative to join one of the most dynamic, progressive and exciting brands in sports and retail

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an in-house design department of a leading sports clothing brand.

The Lead Creative will be responsible for conceptualising, creating, and delivering world-class campaigns across multiple physical and digital touchpoints for the sports company Mainline and Team Wear. They will be experts in translating briefs into targeted,compelling, inspirational creative, and will come with expertise in campaign generation, copywriting and editing.

The role will report to the Head of Creative Services and support managing the creative output of key campaigns across the sports company Mainline and Team Wear.

The Lead Creative is expected to be highly collaborative, tasked with improving the quality of the creative output and delivering outstanding work. This person will think strategically, be a hands-on creative, and come up with and execute world-class work.

**Key Attributes**:

- Substantial experience in producing campaigns, including, Digital, Press and PR, Print, and Retail, with big ideas at their core.
- Competent self-operating skills, including a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
- Ability to generate and sell original and innovative ideas that can travel across multiple platforms.
- Strong presentation skills, pitching compelling creative campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the creative team and key stakeholders including the Marketing, E-Commerce, Partnerships and Studio teams.
- Experience in briefing and working with motion/print designers, artworkers and overseeing rebrands and print materials.
