The Role

We’re currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Care Manager to join one of our long-established and reputable Extra Care Schemes in Willesden (N10) on a full-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to:

- Ensuring the professional delivery of the care service
- Recruiting and managing staff within your geographical area
- Overseeing a number of care packages that provide 24/7 care to vulnerable individuals
- Building solid, long-term relationships with both clients and employees
- Previous Care Manager experience
- Flexible & reliable
- Excellent communicator
- QCF in Health & Social Care an advantage
