_ t_o provide support to service users, in line with care plans for children and adolescence with learning difficulties, complex care or mental health needs

Earn up to £50 per hour

**Key requirements**:

- Right to work in the UK
- Proof of vaccinations/immunity
- DBS Check/Update Service Check
- Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
- 2 x Clinical references

**Desirable but not essential**:

**Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Providing emotional support to individuals and their families
- Providing practical support for individuals and their families, such as helping with household tasks, personal care and paperwork
- Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication
- Supporting activities
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the service users
- Safeguarding service users and reporting any concerns
- Record keeping, including support plans, incident logs and health and safety records.
- Able to work flexible shifts patterns which may include days, nights and weekends
