Anti-infectives Country Brand Lead, UK Hospital and IM BU (permanent)

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the UK Head of Marketing - Anti-infectives, this role is responsible for leading our novel anti-infectives (in line and new launches). The CBL will plan, develop and execute the strategic and tactical plan for the UK, working closely with our cross functional teams and field-based colleagues to deliver the revenue expectation and OPEX commitments.

**Responsibilities**:
Best in class Strategy Development & Tactical Execution- Accountability for achieving UK sales targets through coordinating the HBU cross functional teams (XFT) to deliver strong insight based strategies to maximise revenues for Zavicefta and Embalveo (planned launch Q2 2024)- Lead pre-launch and launch activities for Emblaveo- Drive operational excellence at country level and uncover insights to influence the anti-infective strategy. Act as the market expert with full understanding of environment, competitors and customer needs to inform the overall country plan and revenue / budget forecasting- Utilise a broad spectrum of digital technologies to deliver a omnichannel customer centric brand journey. Expand our reach in the UK customer market through innovative acquisition techniques through the customer lifecycle for our top customer segments- Lead the implementation of POA at country level, and ensure strong execution of brand commercial strategy in country through implementation of programs to deliver revenue targets- Lead activities for AMR/AMS including partnership with NHSE for Zavicefta pilot

Driving Innovation- Identify opportunities to experiment with new technology (e.g. diagnostics) responding to challenges based on customer needs and share best practise/ scale capabilities that are proven to impact reach and engagement with EU colleagues during community forums

Team Leadership- Build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders (e.g. Hospital & IM BU Lead, commercial director(s), sales management, medical function, access, finance, legal, demand management). Coordinate with customer facing medical, local customer marketing and local e-marketing colleagues for implementation of customer/digital activities/programs and ensure strong feedback loop to improve for the future- Support product training

Financial Planning- Accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of budgets agreed for own areas of responsibility, developing regular forecast updates to aid financial planning. Manage/prioritize resources across customers in line with UK strategy and in dialogue with customer facing functions- Application of UK financial systems/processes- Accuracy and timely submissions of LRF and LE forecast, appropriate stakeholder sign off

**Qualifications**:
- University degree in science, life sciences or business; graduate studies in management is an asset- Demonstrated track record of high performance and outstanding results within brand/commercial marketing.- Strong cross-functional working skills, and experience leading matrix complex working situations- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and UK healthcare environment- Strong strategic skills including creativity and effectiveness in identifying major strategic challenges (e.g. new competition, shifting market environment), the ability to balance short term needs and long term vision- Well organized, flexible, able to prioritize multiple demands and perform under tight timelines.- Proven ability to perform in complex environments, and the professional maturity to deal with ambiguity- Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proven ability to influence others without authority and take calculated risks- Proven ability to analyse and define and convey complex concepts and strategies in verbal and written communication to demanding audiences (internal and external).- Ability to create culture of innovation and continuous improvement
