- **Somerset Mental Health Alliance** which is a consortium made up of 10 Voluntary and Community Sector organisations with an ambition vision to transform the lives of people with mental health needs in communities across Somerset.
- This is an exciting role to be part of the well established locality team in Sedgemoor, working as part of the wider Somerset Mental Health Alliance. You will be employed by Second Step but work very closely with the Sedgemoor locality team which includes Somerset Foundation Trust, WATCH CiC and other Open Mental Health Alliance members.
- You will;
- Bring skills and expertise in project management and administration to ensure the project is well-coordinated and functions smoothly
- Have experience in developing partnerships and working across multiple agencies
- Coordinate the locality team, providing support for meetings, community and stakeholder events
- Keep live, up-to-date knowledge of communities groups and activities across Somerset
- Have excellent written and communication skills; being able to deliver a clear message to internal and external stakeholders.
- Have the ability to work under pressurised timeframes and also manage longer-term pieces of development and project work
- Be open to learning and developing to reflect a rapidly changing external environment
- Be confident in talking with people who use our services and support with inbox management
