Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Paralegal looking for an exciting new opportunity?

TSR Legal are working with a Legal 500 law firm based in Bath who are seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Duties will include**:

- To provide support to the support staff and fee earners as required
- Manage aspects of files that are managed by qualified lawyers and carry out simple tasks
- Meet and exceed client service needs in all aspects of work
- Undertake effective legal research, using appropriate methods and sourcing
- All administrative duties associated with this role
- Under take legal processes, under supervision

**The ideal individual**:

- 6 months within a complex personal injury team / clinical negligence team
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- IT literate
- Previous the experience of working with a case management system
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Professional telephone manner
