**Quantity Surveyor**

**Salary and Package on offer**: - Employed and PAYE Position paying £40k-£60k Base Salary (depending on experience) + Usual Benefits, Car/Allowance, Holiday Entitlement, Pension, Bonus etc.

**Location**: - you'll need to live local to the Coventry / Warwickshire or surrounding areas.

**Company Background**:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join an already established and growing business within the Construction, Engineering and Housing / Building industry. Our client in particular Manufacture and offer a range ofModular housing solutions throughout the UK.

**Job Role**:

- Responsible for commercial negotiation of contracts.
- Preparing and analysing costings for tenders.
- Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.
- Procurement of subcontractors.
- Review contract conditions and negotiate amendments to documentation with sub-contractors and clients.
- Writing detailed progress reports.
- Review and approve subcontract payments.
- Provide commercial advice to the site team as and when required.

**Key Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor or SQS.
- Relevant industry experience and within the building / residential housing and development sector.
- Experience / knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
