**Duties**:

- Assess students' individual learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans to address their specific areas of improvement.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment for the student.

**Skills**:

- Educate: Possess a strong passion for education and a desire to help students succeed academically.
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided from a mentor with 10+ years experience working in various educational settings.
- Tutoring: Proficient in providing individualized tutoring sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each student - training will be provided if required.
- Special education: Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations is a plus but not necessary as training will be provided.
- Communicate: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and instructions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £14.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
