Our client is a leading insurance broker, they are currently recruiting for their Head Office based in Stoke-on-Trent within both their Customer Service and Sales Team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and
- resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the company database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer interactions
