**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Sutton & District Training is a small organisation, who have been working in Sutton for the last 25 years. We hold a direct ESFA contract for the delivery of our Study Programme, and we also deliver Apprenticeships. The majority of our cohort is made up of young people with SEND and/or Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
**JOB TITLE** SEND Administrator - The Study Programme.
**PURPOSE** To provide administrative support and assistance, for the SEND Department.
**RESPONSIBLE TO**
1. Have good verbal and written communication skills.
2. Have proficient IT skills.
3. Have good time management and organisational skills.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Ensure Management Information System data is updated, and all learner information recorded accurately. Upload documents to learner profiles. Make updates to documentation.
2. Monitor learner attendance, provide accurate records for external organisations monitoring attendance of EHCP learners.
3. Organise meetings and scheduling appointments with parents/carers Children’s Services, Virtual Schools & Local Authorities for Annual Reviews.
4. Assist with recruitment and marketing activities where consultations have been received and organise centre viewings and interviews.
5. Complete daily administrative tasks, as requested, to support the learning support manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £16,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 per week
