We are currently expanding our team of exceptional OPD's to support in Newcastle. With pay rates of up to £45.00 per hour and multiple shift patterns available, its hard to turn down

Your responsibilities as an ODP would include preparing the operating room, assisting the surgical team, and ensuring the well-being of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

**Requirements/responsibilities**:

- Certified Operating Department Practitioner, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- High knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and infection control practices.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, and best practices within the healthcare sector.
- Relevant experience working as an ODP in a surgical Setting.
- Confidence in using a range of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining professional standards.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
