**Care Coordinator, Kingston**
**£24,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year**
**Hours: Full Time - Mon -Fri 8.30 -5.30 plus “on call“ and w/e Care hours available**
Closely working in a team of coordinators and a Field Care Supervisor to support 55 Care staff and 85 clients. This role will see you scheduling calls to clients and ensuring accuracy in staff rotas to ensure all calls are covered.
Experience with recruitment or marketing would be a major advantage to be able to hit the ground running in either of these areas. A real opportunity to take hold of important parts of the business.
A young vibrant Company where the atmosphere and cooperation within the team is fundamental and a new recruit with fresh skills will be warmly welcomed. Experience as a senior carer or supervisor would be an advantage.
Working as a Care Coordinator demands excellent time management, good administration and IT skills plus pleasant telephone manner. Experience of the Access People Planner Roster system would also be an asset.
