Wales’ leading Cloud Transformation providers are providing a unique opportunity for you to become a qualified Level 2 Bookkeeper after your 6 months apprenticeship.

Our organisation has had strong growth over the last four years, and consequently we are looking for people to join our team, to help service our growing client base. RedCortex are seeking a proactive, energised and positive thinking individual to join our Business Support team. Working closely with the Office Manager and the Finance Director, you will be responsible for tracking and processing invoices, accounts payable, updating monthly financial statements and weekly revenue tracker.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to work in a dynamic and exciting environment.

Once the Apprenticeship is complete, you will move onto our regular IT Professional Salary structure with a potential of pay rise to £25,000 and be eligible for other benefits, such as our corporate pension scheme.

Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.

Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.

Communication skills, team player.

Provide administrative support during budget preparation.

Professional and friendly phone manner.

Must be well presented.
