Insurance Sales Advisor

Coversure is the UK’s only insurance franchise, with over 90 offices located throughout the UK. The local franchise office group have offices in Hull, Cleethorpes and Grantham and are looking to recruit individuals keen to progress their careers in insurance at the Hull and the Cleethorpes offices. The role will focus on SME business and will include some personal lines business.

**Duties**
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Take inbound enquiries for new business quotations and queries
- Manage book of renewal business to offer best terms for the client
- Mid-term adjustments on existing policies
- Issue relevant documentation as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Provide advice on payment methods including finance options and process
- Observe company procedures to ensure the firm remains compliant with FCA and other regulations

**Skills**
- Preferably at least 1 years’ experience in insurance sales including systems such as Acturis and SSP
- Proven track record in a customer services environment
- Experience in telephone sales
- Computer literate with the ability to multitask

**Salary**: £12,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
