It is an exciting time of change here in BCUHB as we focus on transforming the way we deliver our patient Referral and Booking services to provide an excellent experience for patients, with innovation and best practice at the heart of this change. We are looking for a driven and personable individual to lead and empower our valued staff on this journey of change, that will start with centralising the patient administration booking centre teams under a single management structure within the Planned Care Department.

You will need to be able to understand the strategic direction of BCUHB and work collaboratively to translate this to delivery, at the same time as managing the continued high demand for our referral and booking services.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
