**Job Summary**
The Hospitality & Project Coordinator is responsible for all administration support services of the Managing Director Responsibilities also include the planning and implementation of projects, coordination of project tasks within hospitality department, FOH and office operation’s overall. You will also be assisting with occasional events and food presentations.
**What you’ll be doing**
Manage meeting room requests and ensure room is prepared.
Diary management where required.
Day-to-Day filing received internally and externally and filing maintenance, regular updating of office filing cabinets including archiving and logging “dead” files and set up of new files.
Flight bookings
Co-ordinate meeting agendas
Occasional note taking.
Collation of weekly and monthly reports
Office maintenance, provision of refreshments, ensuring H&S and housekeeping standards are adhered to within the office.
Deliver assistance on projects as directed by the leadership team within hospitality and office operation overall.
Consolidate management reports as required.
Any other task as reasonably requested.
