**Position: Front Of House**

As a Front of House Representative, you will be the face of our organisation, responsible for creating positive first impressions and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. Your primary role will be to engage with customers, provide information about our products or services, and facilitate their needs during their visit. You will work closely with other team members to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the front of the establishment, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the establishment with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, or concerns in a prompt manner.
- Handling transactions, including cash, credit card, or other forms of payment, accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of the establishment, including lobby, waiting areas, and restrooms.
- Monitoring and managing customer flow to ensure efficient service and minimise wait times.
- Collaborating with other team members, such as servers, hosts/hostesses, and managers, to coordinate customer service activities.
- Upholding company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Assisting with special events, promotions, or other activities as needed.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall guest experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills and experience dealing with customers.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and written communication styles.
- Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team or independently as needed or requested.

**Salary**: £10.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
