**Your new role**
- Plan, develop and implement an annual JBP's with each of your accounts
- Ensure the day-to-day management of your accounts and that they are achieving sales targets.
- Identify and onboard appropriate partners (distributor / wholesale) in your region who are aligned to our ambitious growth plan
- Manage all lines of the P&L in your region from sell in down to gross margin
- Constantly analyse MOB, sell-out, and in partner activity in order to adapt and improve your management of each account.
- Alongside the International Marketing Manager, sell in and execute the annual innovations calendar leading any negotiations and ensure successful and timely implementation
- Annual sales forecasting by customer
- Regular weekly updates to the Sales Director on sell in and sell out performance
- Monthly & quarterly tracking to budget
- Evaluation of launches and sales performance across your region
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, commercial & operations to ensure truly integrated approach to sales & distribution

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrate resilience and determination. You will understand and be comfortable with change
- Great attention to detail - you will be responsible for the output of your work and it should be thoroughly checked to ensure it's of world class standard
- Highly organized & flexible, being prepared to flex at short notice to meet the needs of the business all with a calm and positive attitude
- Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments
- A strong communicator. At ease managing upwards and across a team at varying levels of experience, with integrity, energy, and enthusiasm.
- A natural problem solver, focused, self-motivated and forward thinking. You will have the ability to work effectively to help deliver projects to deadline
- Calm within a busy environment. You will be able to prioritise and adapt, multi-task effectively
- Dynamic, proactive, assertive, and autonomous with an enthusiastic, positive outlook, e.g., willingness to accept new responsibilities in a growing market
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve goals
