We are seeking a Project Manager who will be within the Commercial and Central Functions Divisionwhere you will have end to end accountability for project delivery and the delivery of change.

**Who will you be working for?**

RPS provide project delivery and tailored PMO services, helping our customer's projects go from concept to completion. Our project delivery services are custom tailored to meet individual needs, whilst drawing on broad market experience and proven methodologyfrom a variety of sectors including Logistics, Media, Banking and Central Government. We keep the end goal firmly in mind and can scale as in line with customer needs.

**What will you be doing?**

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and a Senior Business Analyst to join our Reed Professional Services team working with clients expanding Commercial IT and Parcels team. This is a key Technology function and will be responsible for definingand delivering technology solutions. The role will support an array of projects from Parcels inflight enhancements, return and outbound services. You will lead and manage the project delivery process working closely with internal stakeholders (at all levels)as well as external software partners to ensure they deliver.

**To be successful in this role, you will have a varied background with most of the below;**

**For the Senior BA role you would need experience managing/mentoring a small team.**

**Essential**:

- Strong requirements management skills (projects are typically delivered in a Waterfall framework with deliverables required to pass through a gating process)
- Good Process Modelling skills
- Good stakeholder management skills (working closely with business, operational and IT)
- Demonstrable experience as working as a Business Analyst for large complex organisations.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Interpersonal skills/effectiveness (Communication, Influencing and Collaboration, Listening, Conflict Management).
- Vendor/Supplier management experience, in a multi-supplier environment.
- Experienced at working within both Waterfall & Agile project environments.
- A proactive approach to work.
- Strong team work and collaboration

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience of working for a logistics company
- Previous experience of working for a consultancy
