**Warehouse Team Leader - Middlewich**

**Salary**:£26,000.00 - £27,000 per annum

**Shift Available**:

- **Wednesday to Sunday (6am to 2pm)**:

- **Wednesday to Sunday (2am to 10pm)**:

- **Thursday to Monday (2am to 10pm)**:

- **Friday to Tuesday (2am to 10pm)**:

- **Saturday to Wednesday (2am to 10pm)**

We have some great opportunities for Warehouse Team Leaders to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the operational performance of a team Warehouse Operatives, ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met
- Instil a regular and consistent approach to coaching and development
- Manage the smooth running of the day-to-day function of your allocated area
- Monitor process and compliance and ensure high quality of work is produced
- Support the Planning and Operational Management team with managing resource effectively
- Ensure effective utilisation of Warehouse Management Systems
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance and CAA and HMRC processes are adhered to at all times
- Drive a culture of positive improvement and best practice
- Support others to work in a customer and safety focused way
