**Our Starting salary for any qualified Technicians is £48,000 for basic hours, rising to £52,500 for basic hours through training.**

GB DAF are recruiting for a HGV Truck Technician to join our great and expanding team at our Brand New DAF Dealership in DIRFT.

We are renowned for having the best Dealerships in the business with our GB DAF - Gatwick dealership being the DAF Dealer Of the Year for the past two years running.

We are looking for qualified HGV Truck Technicians who want to work on the best vehicles and in the best facilities.

**The Role**:

- Carry out routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles and trailers to a minimum of DVSA standards
- Carry out a wide range of defect repairs from replacing a bulb to replacing brake discs and pads etc.
- Fault diagnostic and rectification using the latest manufacturers computer systems and tooling
- Ability to problem solve.
- Hard working and the ability to work under pressure in a safe responsible manner.
- Customer focused.
- Complete job cards and service sheets in a timely manner
- A HGV license is desired but not essential as we can train you in house
- Everything we do is about Quality, Quality, Quality
