**About us**

KTL Contracting Limited was incorparated in 2007, we provide traffic managment for local authorities as well as other clients. The company is engaged in installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic managment on rural and urban roads primarily in North Wales area. In this basic form this involves all aspects of traffic management including Stop/Go operations, Road closures and diversions and Temporary traffic signals. The company is also involved in other highway maintenace activities unconnected directly to traffic management, for example erecting, maintaining and repairing permanent road signs, clearing debris from pavemets and highway flood patrols on Trunk roads, snow clearing, removal of fallen tres, repairing defective walls and fences adjacent to highways, herbicide spraying and pothole repairs.

We are looking for a TM Operative to join our team, they will need to be able to assist in the installation, maintaing and removing of temporary traffic management.

The assigned roles of the Traffic Management Operatives will include
- Being reliable, punctual with a good work attitude.
- Being actively familiar with quality management principles.
- Carrying out their work in accordance with all work instructions, health and safety/risk assesment considerations, and Chapter 8 requirements.
- Being customer focused and helping to improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting to the manger any issues that arise in respect of quality assurance maters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management.
- Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic signals.
- Installing, maintaining and removing road closures and diversion.

Your Requirements:

- Availability to work weekends and nights if necessary.
- Previous experience of working in traffic managment.
- Driving licenc is essential.
- Hold the relevant NHSS 12D training, ideally M1 & M2.
- Understanding of Health & Safety.
- Current CSCS card.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
