Conveyancer

**Role Responsibilities**

The incoming Conveyancer will be responsible for their own caseload of files from initial instruction through to completion with mínimal supervision. Your responsibilities will also include:

- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and Leasehold properties
- Transfer of Equity
- Re-mortgages
- Complete all AML checks
- Compete all administration related to each matter
- Ensure all digital and paper files are updated

The reason for the current vacancy is due to the growth of the department resulting in the need to expand the team.

**Person Specification**

Applications are sought from experienced Conveyancers possessing the following skills and experience:

- At least 2 years’ conveyancing experience
- Ability to handle own caseload under minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and friendly
- Professional
- Collaborative
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Driven
