Clinic Supervisor

**Supervises the daily operations of assigned support functions (including patient experience, care team operations, appointment scheduling, registration, check-in/check-out, collections, referrals, surgery scheduling, and other administrative duties)**

**to ensure that all activities are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner and in accordance with professional standards, budget constraints, internal policies/standards, procedures and/or applicable legal/regulatory requirements**
- **Recognizes and embraces opportunities for improvement in the service of the clinic and organization’s goals.**:

- **Facilitates creative development of new processes and standards that ensure quality patient care and a smooth running clinic.**:

- **Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs and initiating required changes or improvements.**:

- **Educates staff in performance improvement activities while coaching staff for enhanced problem solving.**:

- **Assists with staff recruitment and selection.**:

- **Proficient in practice management, electronic medical records.**

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in the assigned medical group preferred**:

- **Previous lead or supervisory experience in a union environment preferred**:

- **Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Registered Nurse (RN) preferred**:

- **The position requires at least two (2) solid years of clinical medical office experience in a supervisory or lead role**:

- **Three (3) years of lead or supervisory experience in healthcare with out-patient experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
