I am working with an exciting Real Estate Organisation looking for a Technical Architect to play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will work closely to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and robust CRM solutions. This is a hands-on technical role that requires expertise in Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and integration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Design and architect CRM solutions based on industry best practices and client-specific needs.
- Develop and configure CRM components, including entity customization, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on CRM implementation and customization options.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges during CRM implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience working as a Dynamics CRM Technical Architect, designing and implementing CRM solutions.
- Proficient in customizing and extending Dynamics CRM using tools such as JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows.
- Sound understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with CRM integration using REST and SOAP web services.
- Proficient in CRM SDK, C#,.NET, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, and other related Microsoft technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics CRM (e.g., MB-600, MB-901) are preferred.
- Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
